~ TenPoint5℠ Barre Studio Brings Fifth Valley Location to Crown on 7th~
August XX, 2017 (PHOENIX) – Arizona-based Desert Viking Development and DWG Phoenix, LLC are pleased to announce the newest addition, TenPoint5, to the historic Crown on 7th, the Central Phoenix infill project located on 7th Street just south of Bethany Home Road.
TenPoint5℠ is based on the philosophy that the human mind is the strongest “muscle” in the body—and that peak physique is achieved only by the belief that true transformation happens after fatigue. TenPoint5℠ incorporates classic ballet, core, pilates and yoga strengthening techniques. The class blends resistance training with stretching exercises to achieve long lean muscles—and is set to choreography that strategically accelerates muscle conditioning and sculpting.
Co-founder of TenPoint5℠ Christa McCormick, says Crown on 7th is the perfect location for their highly anticipated fifth studio; adjacent to other thriving small businesses. “We love that the surrounding shops also align with being local to Arizona. We always strive to help promote small businesses rather than chains. One of our favorite things is to see our clients make friends at the barre, and then outside of the studio. We hope that the central clientele will find the same connections within this community. Since opening their first location in Tempe nearly five years ago, Central Phoenix has always been a top studio destination for TenPoint5℠. According to co-founder, Sarah Carlstrom, the timing just hasn’t worked out… until now. “There are so many cool things in that area that I, personally, am excited to explore. I’m even more excited that we’re actually a part of it. TenPoint5℠ is very locally oriented and we can’t wait to be a part of the scene!”
Slated to open September 28th, TenPoint5℠ is the newest local business to join this popular dining and retail hub that’s already home to Okra Cookhouse and Cocktails, Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen, the Root Salon, The Village Eye Works, The Local Barber & Shop, and upcoming Wildflower Bread Company.
Niels Kreipke, owner of Desert Viking Development and partner in the project, is looking forward to adding a fitness studio to the mix of restaurants and shops. “We are very pleased that we landed another great tenant for our property that compliments the other businesses located in this small neighborhood center.
