- Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen will partner with Shamrock Foods to teach aspiring culinary masters how to prepare a five course meal on the grill. A cooking demonstration, taste test, beer pairing and take home recipes provided for each dish. Take home recipes will include IPA Braised Beef Short Ribs and Grilled Shrimp & Grits. Brewmaster Grilling 101 costs $40 plus tax. Seating is limited and tickets are available on Eventbrite and in the restaurant.
